These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and sale of products offered on gozoo.store, as well as the general use of the website by consumers.
 The store operates in English, but legal responsibility and governance fall under Polish law.

 

 

3. Products

We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and information are accurate and up to date. However, minor variations in packaging or design may occur.

 

 

4. Prices

  • All prices are displayed in Euros (€) or Polish złoty (PLN), depending on your checkout settings, inclusive of VAT where applicable.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

 

 

5. Payments

We accept the following secure payment methods through Shopify Payments and authorized providers:

  • Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay

  • Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

  • Local payment method: Klarna (where available)

All payments are processed securely via Shopify. We do not store full card details. Transactions are protected by SSL encryption and comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

Payment is due at the time of order confirmation. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

 

 

6. Delivery

  • Deliveries are handled by our logistics partner Apaczka.

  • Estimated delivery times are up to 3 working days from order confirmation (within Poland).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., carrier delays, strikes, weather).

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As required by Polish and EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

  • To exercise your right, you must notify us by email at support@gozoo.store.

  • You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.

  • Return costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or delivered incorrectly.

Exemptions:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., pet food).

  • Sealed goods which cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once opened.

  • Customized or personalized products.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the goods (or proof of return).

  • Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  • We may reduce the refund if the product has been used beyond normal inspection, resulting in diminished value.
