Delivery Policy – gozoo.store
1. Logistics provider
All shipments from gozoo.store are handled by our logistics partner Apaczka and its delivery network.
2. Order processing times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after order confirmation.
During peak periods (holidays, promotions, or sales campaigns), processing times may be slightly longer. In such cases, customers will be notified by email.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
Free shipping thresholds (if applicable) will be clearly indicated on the website or during checkout.
Certain bulky or heavy products may generate additional shipping charges, which will always be shown before the order is confirmed.
4. Shipment tracking
Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
This number can be used to follow the shipment in real time via the Apaczka tracking system.
5. Delivery responsibility
Responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer upon receipt.
If the parcel appears damaged at delivery, the customer must request a damage report from the courier before accepting it.
The customer must also notify our customer service immediately at support@gozoo.store so that we can assist in resolving the issue.
6. Delivery areas
Deliveries are available across the whole of Poland.
International deliveries outside Poland may be possible only upon prior request and confirmation with our customer service team.
7. Delivery delays
Although we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, GoZoo cannot be held liable for delays caused by Apaczka or by circumstances outside of our control (strikes, customs procedures, extreme weather conditions).
In case of significant delays, customers should contact our customer service so that we can liaise with Apaczka and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
